href=\"https:\/\/www.eipas.org\/association\/particuliers\/ateliers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ateliers collectifs.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ces prestations sont assur\u00e9es par des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eipas.org\/association\/qui-sommes-nous\/equipe-eipas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">psychologues &amp; professionnels<\/a> sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dans le stress au travail.<br \/>\nElles reposent sur des techniques valid\u00e9es scientifiquement :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>psychoth\u00e9rapies cognitives et comportementales (restructuration cognitive, travail sur les \u00e9motions, d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un comportement affirm\u00e9, entra\u00eenement \u00e0 la gestion des conflits\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>techniques de relaxation, d'entrainement \u00e0 la pleine conscience &amp; sophrologie<\/li>\n<li>incitation au changement de comportement pour une meilleure hygi\u00e8ne de vie : activit\u00e9 physique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, qualit\u00e9 de l'alimentation,
